[2024-2학기 전부(과) 모집 계획]

1. 신청기한: 2024.07.08.(월) ~ 07.12(금) (최종 제출 전, 국제교류팀 경유해야하기 때문에 최소 7.11일(목)까지 국제교류팀 방문해야합니다.)

2. 제출서류: 학생포털에서 전입 학부(과) 신청 후, 신청서 1부(외국인 유학생 국제학부 전입의 경우 첨부파일의 신청서만 작성하여 방문제출)

3, 신청방법: 학생포털 시스템 로그인 -> 전부(과)신청 메뉴-> 전입 희망 학부(과) 신청 -> 신청서 출력 -> 국제교류팀 확인(각 조교선생님 또는 담당선생님에게 확인 필수) -> 학사지원팀 방문제출

* (학교 방중 운영시간: 월-금 10:00~16:00) 

4. 유의사항 : 전부(과) 후 이수하여야 할 과목 (중요)

1) 전부(과)한 자는 전입한 학부(과)의 해당 교육과정에 맞추어 필수과목을 포함한 소정의 과목을 반드시 이수해야함 

  [전입 학부(과)에서 이수한 전공과정을 모두 이수]

2) 이전 소속 학부(과)에서 이수한 전공학점은 일반선택 학점으로 인정 처리

  - 이전 전공을 부/복수전공으로 신청할 경우, 부/복수전공 학점으로 인정(신청자에 한함)

  - 이수구분변경은 본인이 지정기간에 학생포털시스템에서 신청 *2024년 8월 예정

3) 이미 취득한 교양 및 일반선택 학점은 그대로 인정

[2024 Fall Semester Transfer to Another Major (Department) Enrollment Plan] 

1. Application Period: July 8, 2024 (Mon) to July 12, 2024 (Fri). (Due to the requirement for final submission through the International Exchange Team, visit the International Exchange Team by at least July 11 (Thu).)

2. Required Documents: Apply for transfer to another major via the student portal and submit one application form.

(For international students transferring to the International Studies Department, complete the application form attached in the annex and submit in person. No online applications required)

4. Notes:Required Courses to be Completed Before and After Transfer

1) Students who have transferred must complete specified courses in changed major.

   [Including mandatory courses according to the curriculum of the transferring department.]

2) Complete all courses included in the curriculum of the transferring department. Major credits earned from the previous department will be recognized as general elective credits.

- If applying for a minor or double major based on the previous major, credits will be recognized accordingly (applicable to applicants only).

- Change of credit recognition status can be applied through the student portal system within the designated period *Scheduled for August 2024.

3) Credits obtained for general education and elective courses will be recognized as is.
